The miGREENS story
miGREENS was founded in 2016 at the urging of named local chefs who needed consistent microgreens — not occasionally, but every week, dependably.
We didn't start as a marketplace or mass producer. We started as a small, focused supplier that knows every kitchen it serves by name, and shapes each week's box around what the chef actually needs.
Today we supply hotels and restaurants across Rhodes, Kos, Symi and the surrounding islands through food distribution partnerships — keeping the consistency and quality we were asked for from day one.
Our method

No chemicals used in growing — freshness doesn't need pesticides when the life cycle is this short.

The plant takes what it needs from the seed. No synthetic fertilizer in the growing cycle.

We grow under the Rhodes sun rather than LED grow lamps. The result: deeper color, stronger flavor, richer aroma.

From Rhodes across the South Aegean.
